Placing An Order
Please send us an email organicexperience88@gmail.com by providing the details of your order such as: Description, Size, Price.
We will reply your email with the invoice as soon as possible.Â

Order Process
Will I receive the confirmation of order?
The confirmed order will be dispatched in 3 - 5 business day. You will receive an email of confirmation order with invoice. The shipping tracking number will email to you once the order dispatches.
*If the payment is received on public holiday, we will ship on the next business day.
How do I pay?
We accept the following payment methods:
* Internet banking / ATM Transfer / Cheque Deposit
To pay via Internet Banking / ATM Transfer / Cheque Deposit, you need to place the order through emailing us. We will send you the order confirmation email. You can then make the payment via Internet Banking / ATM Transfer / Cheque Deposit into our account. The account details are as follows:

When the payment is received, you will receive another payment confirmation email. The order will be dispatched within 3 business days after the confirmation of payment. If you do not receive an confirmation email within 24 hrs, we suggest you to email us at organicexperience88@gmail.com.

How much is the postage?
Peninsular Malaysia
Once receive your payment, We ship your order normally within 3 business day, for a flat rate of just RM10 for orders up to $350, and free over $350.
East Malaysia and International Orders
Please contact us to confirm the shipping charges. If you are interested to order the products, please email us.
Note:
** We ship your order with a tracking number.
** We do not deliver to PO. Boxes.
** Express delivery can be requested upon the check out. Fee charge applied to all area in Malaysia and international country. Please contact us to confirm the fee.
How long does it takes for my orders to be arrived?
Delivery to all area in Peninsular Malaysia takes 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided after we dispatches the order.

What if the product I want is out of stock?
We try to ensure that the products listed on our site are always in stock, so that we can ship them to you within 3 business days.
In the rare circumstances that we run out of stock, we will let you know before we ship your order.
We will tell you how long we expect it to be before we have the product in stock and we will ask you if you would like us to:
· wait until all products are in stock before shipping your order;
· ship part of your order now and the remaining part as soon as the products are in stock;
· or cancel the out of stock products and receive a refund for these products.
If you choose to ship part orders, there may be an extra postage charge. We will always let you know before we process your order if this is the case.
What if I need to change or cancel an order?
If you have paid for your order, and it has not yet shipped.
Please contact us within 24 hours, and we can arrange a change or refund.
